Peter Arch, originally a native of England, (now a US Citizen) is an experienced and successful business leader in the sports industry with a passion for building brands and scaling growth.

Peter was part of a team of entrepreneurs that created the largest youth soccer coaching, apparel, tournament, travel, and tech company in the US.

He was then headhunted by one of the UK’s fastest growing private companies, Gymshark, to establish a US based office, hire a staff, and help set up product distribution centers in the US and Canada.

With a rich experience building multiple brands and scaling personnel, business operations, manufacturing, and offices, Peter is now sharing his knowledge and valuable experiences with other entrepreneurs and business owners in the sports space.

GYMSHARK

Peter was recruited by Steve Hewitt and Ben Francis MBE, owners of UK company Gymshark, a unicorn status fitness apparel brand, to head up their North American expansion. Peter oversaw the site selection and build out of the 25,000 sq ft HQ, headed up a team to hire 120 staff, and embedded Gymshark in the local civic, business and professional sports communities.

Challenger Sports

Peter was co-founder and CEO of Challenger Sports, which grew to become one of the largest soccer coaching companies in the world, running over 3,000 training camps throughout the US and Canada. As the popularity of soccer increased, Peter and his team scaled and diversified the business, expanding into pre-school coaching, year round training, tournaments, international travel, sports tech, and apparel & equipment manufacturing.
